Up to 8 people can stay for one flat rate (Executive House).

A hotel room with a living room plus a kitchen is called the Presidential Suite. 

You dont have to be a President to get the same benefits with one of our affordable condominiums!

A hotel upgrade from a standard room to a Suite with a living room and a kitchen is  very expensive, that is why it is usually limited to the wealthy and those on corporate expense accounts.

Our condominiums offer you all the amenities of a Suite, and a lot more, all included for no ridiculous additional fees.

The cost of renting an affordable condominium from us is no more than the cost of a moderate-priced hotel room. 

You get a lot of bang for the buck!

PLUS when you travel with children or another couple, our condominiums offer you more personal privacy.

To have privacy at a hotel, you must book TWO rooms. That is DOUBLE the cost!

Or you can book the Presidential Suite, with a living room, but that usually costs more then two standard hotel rooms!

Every one of our condominiums has a SEPARATE BEDROOM and a SEPARATE LIVING ROOM!! Some have 2 bedrooms or even 3 bedrooms. There is no extra cost for this upgraded accommodation for additional guests. Additional guests stay free!
